What is it made of?
The core is a 3D grid of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), a flexible, durable polymer that always returns to its shape. The premium cover is made of breathable fabric and comes off with a zip.
Is it hard?
No. It’s firm enough to support you, but each cell gives independently, so it feels springy and cradling. For the first few nights it may feel different from your current pillow — that’s normal while you get used to it.
Which size should I choose?
Size M (52 × 35 cm) suits most people. If you have broad shoulders, sleep mostly on your side or have a king-size bed (160 cm or wider), we recommend size L (62 × 35 cm).
Is the cover included?
It’s up to you. With the couple pack or the family pack, every pillow comes with its premium cover free. If you buy a single pillow, you can take it without a cover or add one for just €10 more.
How do I wash it?
Remove the cover (machine washable) and hand wash the core in lukewarm water with mild soap. Leave it to dry in the shade. No tumble dryer or bleach.
How do I get the free guide?

Does it smell when you unbox it?
